Sony Music The Gift

Op 'The Gift' werken Susan Boyle en producer Steve Mac wederom samen aan een adembenemend album wat classics bevat als 'The First Noel' en 'O Holy Night'. Daarnaast heeft Boyle bekende liedjes als 'Don't Dream It's Over' en 'Perfect Day' bewerkt en ze een nieuwe identiteit gegeven. Op 'The Gift' staat ook een duet komen te staan met de Amerikaanse prijswinnares Amber Stassi die de won waarin Susan Boyle opzoek was naar nieuw talent. Amber en Susan brengen samen een prachtige versie van het nummer 'Do You Hear What I Hear'.

Susan Boyle over 'The Gift': "When making this album, I really wanted the songs to touch hearts. Music has always been a companion to me, particularly on special occasions. I wanted there to be a mix of songs that would flow with all our moods this holiday season. As much as the season is a time for reflection, it is also a time for fun and enjoyment with those closest to us."
